Every Sprouté™ chickpea begins with careful selection. We source premium chickpeas and germinate them under precisely controlled conditions — temperature, humidity, and timing managed to the hour — to awaken the seed’s dormant enzymes and maximise nutritional potential.

After germination, the chickpeas go straight into our vacuum low-temperature roaster. No oil, no additives, no shortcuts. The vacuum environment allows us to achieve a deep, satisfying crunch at a lower temperature, preserving the delicate nutrients that high-heat frying would destroy.

The result is a clean-label snack that delivers 22.52g of protein per 100g, over 29g of dietary fiber, and a complete BCAA profile — all from a single, recognisable ingredient.
