Established in 2023, Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation (USC) is a leader in advanced agricultural technology specializing in the germination and sprouting of legumes, grains and seeds. We are dedicated to pioneering research and marketing to bring innovative, high-quality, and sustainable food products to the world.

Our Technology and Products

At the heart of our operations is our cutting-edge sprouting technology powering our Climate Controlled Germinating Cabins (CCGC), which allows us to produce fresh, highly nutritious germinated ingredients without chemicals, fertilizers, or pesticides. Our process is designed for rapid, high-volume production while preserving the peak nutritional value of the crops — including soybeans, black beans, mung beans, chickpeas, and wheat.

Horng Ji Lai

Chief Executive Officer

A prominent Agri-FoodTech entrepreneur devoted to transforming the way the world grows and eats. Retired from the medical and pharma industry, he built Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation — a global innovation platform integrating agricultural biotechnology, sustainable engineering, and nutritional science. He believes the future of food is fresh, regenerative, and local.

Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation began with inventor Fu-Yung Chang's passion for safe, organic sprouts, inspired by concerns about additives in commercial options. Motivated by his grandchildren's health, he developed innovative equipment to grow nutritious sprouts. In 2021, teaming up with Horng-Ji Lai, he launched USC to advance sprouting technology globally.

Known as the "Father of Health Supplements in Taiwan," Professor Ming-Che Hsieh is an Honorary Professor at Taipei Medical University. With a Ph.D. in Biochemical Nutrition from National Taiwan University, he has held significant roles including Vice-President of Taipei Medical University. He promotes the triad of nutrition, maintenance, and self-cultivation.
