Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation began with inventor Fu-Yung Chang's passion for safe, organic sprouts, inspired by concerns about additives in commercial options. Motivated by his grandchildren's health, he developed innovative equipment to grow nutritious sprouts. In 2021, teaming up with Horng-Ji Lai, he launched USC to advance sprouting technology globally.
Known as the "Father of Health Supplements in Taiwan," Professor Ming-Che Hsieh is an Honorary Professor at Taipei Medical University. With a Ph.D. in Biochemical Nutrition from National Taiwan University, he has held significant roles including Vice-President of Taipei Medical University.
