Ubiquity provides advanced climate-controlled growing chambers (CCGC) for automated sprouting and germination of beans, seeds, and vegetables. The Climate Controlled Growing Chamber is a groundbreaking indoor cultivation system designed for the efficient, chemical-free germination and growth of legumes, grains, sprouts, and herbs. Developed by Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation, the CCGC family provides solutions for both industrial-scale food manufacturers and small-scale users such as homes, restaurants, and specialty kitchens.
Utilizing state-of-the-art emulsifier systems, Ubiquity offers equipment for producing germinated plant-based milk at industrial scale, with capacities ranging from 2,000L to 500,000L per day. This service enables sustainable, high-quality germinated bean milk production suitable for diverse applications in food and beverage industries.
From germinated plant milk to various snacks and desserts grown in our Climate Controlled Growing Chamber, Ubiquity specializes in creating a range of bean based products, including saussage, yogurt, ice cream, cheese and snacks. Horngji Lai, is a Prominent Agri-FoodTech entrepreneur devoted to transforming the way the world grows and eats. His journey began, retired from medical and Pharma industry, in the farmlands of Taiwan, where he learned that every seed carries a story of hope. From this foundation, he has built Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation, a global innovation platform integrating agricultural biotechnology, sustainable engineering, and nutritional science.
He believes the future of food is fresh, regenerative, and local—where technology empowers nature, not replaces it. His mission is to inspire families, farmers, and food companies to embrace a smarter, cleaner, and more compassionate food system—one that nourishes both people and the Earth.
Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation began with inventor Fu-Yung Zhang's passion for safe, organic sprouts, inspired by concerns about additives in commercial options.
Motivated by his grandchildren's health, he developed innovative equipment to grow nutritious sprouts, expanding to various varieties.
In 2021, teaming up with Horng-Ji Lai, Zhang launched Ubiquity Sprouting Corporation to advance sprouting technology globally, offering fresh solutions for healthier produce.
Professor Ming-Che Hsieh, known as the "Father of Health Supplements in Taiwan," is an Honorary Professor at Taipei Medical University.
With a Ph.D. in Biochemical Nutrition from National Taiwan University, he has held significant roles like Vice-President of Taipei Medical University.
